Midlands-led coordination, with requirements across the UK assessed assignment by assignment. Coverage is confirmed only where compliant personnel and workable mobilisation can be secured.

Zenith will agree what it supplies and what the client manages. For labour-only assignments, the client organisation remains responsible for directing and supervising the security service. Staffing coordination and employment responsibilities are documented separately.
