The developing process covers identity, right to work, role-appropriate SIA licensing, screening, competence and employment documentation. Client-specific supplier requirements must also be completed before deployment.
The labour-supply boundary.
For the intended labour-only model, an established security contractor directs and supervises delivery of its customer contract. Zenith coordinates the people it supplies and documents the agreed responsibilities. Each proposed arrangement still needs to be checked against the actual facts, contract and current guidance.
BS 10119:2026.
Zenith is assessing BS 10119:2026 as a framework for labour provision in the security and events sectors. The certification route will depend on intended-client requirements, completed systems and evidence available for independent assessment.
