Using the website and contacting us
The forms prepare a message in your email app. They do not send form entries to a website database. You must review and send the email yourself. Zenith receives your information only when you send it. Your email provider processes the message under its own terms.
A commercial enquiry may include your name, organisation, contact details, work location, staffing requirements and dates. An expression of interest in work may include your location, experience, licence category and availability. Please do not include identity documents, bank details, health information or screening records in an initial email.
Why we use information
We use enquiry details to respond, assess assignments and discuss work opportunities. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in managing business and workforce enquiries. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you personally, we rely on those pre-contract steps. Legal obligations may require certain records to be retained.
Providing information is voluntary, but we need enough detail to respond. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. This website does not make automated recruitment or booking decisions.
Website hosting and service providers
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers may process connection information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs to deliver and protect the website. We have not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Essential hosting or security technologies may still operate.
Sent correspondence is processed by email providers and authorised Zenith personnel. IT support and professional advisers may access information where needed for their work, and disclosures may be required by law. This notice does not claim that hosting or email processing is confined to the UK. Contact us for details of the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your enquiry.
Keeping information
Retention depends on whether the enquiry remains active, whether a work opportunity is still relevant, and any recordkeeping or dispute requirements. Information should be deleted when those purposes end. Before formal recruitment, screening or an assignment, we will provide information specific to that processing.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction and, where applicable, portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact the email above to exercise your rights. If consent is used for a separate purpose, you can withdraw it.
