1. Understand the requirement.
We discuss the roles, location, dates, hours, duties, working conditions and supplier requirements. This determines whether Zenith can realistically support the assignment.
2. Agree the scope.
Before work is confirmed, the parties agree responsibilities, rates, payment terms, required records, cancellation arrangements and named staffing contacts.
3. Confirm readiness.
Personnel allocation depends on relevant checks, competence and availability. Site induction and operational instructions are coordinated with the organisation directing the work.
4. Keep communication clear.
The assignment agreement sets out attendance confirmation, timesheet handling and escalation. A problem needs a named owner and a recorded next action.
5. Review the result.
Attendance, suitability, communication and billing are reviewed with the client. Recurring assignments should become easier to coordinate as both teams understand the operation.
